Coaching Programs
I am really excited that you are considering hiring a coach to help you move to your next level. As a Career
Coach, it is inspiring to see people WANT to grow from wherever they are to where they want to be. When we put
our hearts and minds to something it is truly amazing what can be accomplished.
Although a similar structure is followed for all coaching clients, the specifics of exactly how it will work do depend
on the desires of the client. Since the coaching experience is so personalized, I offer a one month, two month and
three month option for timeframes but remain flexible on what you want to cover.
The One Month Package – This covers a time frame of one month (4 weeks) and includes (4) 1 hour coaching
sessions and email support during the month.
The Two Month Package – This covers a time frame of two months (8 weeks) and includes (8) 1 hour coaching
sessions and (1) 30 minute tweaker session that can be used up to one month after the last coaching session.
The Three Month Package – This covers a time frame of three months (12 weeks) and includes (12) 1 hour
coaching sessions and (2) 30 minute tweaker sessions that can be used up to one month after the last coaching
session.
